The hotel had spacious and clean rooms, though they did not smell very nice. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, but had 'no idea' about nearby services. The central location was convenient with lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. The dining experience was impressive with a nice variety of hot items. The hotel was a good size and clean, basically the standard you expect for a Holiday Inn. The rooms were clean, comfortable beds, and quiet for the most part, although there was an issue with the window cleanliness. The service was helpful and friendly, quick to address any concerns. The location, although just off the highway in Dundas, was convenient and close to stores. The facilities were modern and adequate.
